1) We use our
own employees not hired out sub-contractors
like our competition. This allows us have complete
control of the jobs in progress. When using
companies who outsource their jobs you are gambling
on the outcome of your project. It is like
flipping a coin: You could have a nice job or it
could be a “nightmare”.
2) We are a
member of the BBB, Lexington Home Builders
Association, Lexington Remodelers Council, &
Lexington Chambers of Commerce. We have been with
the BBB since our start in February of 1998.
3) We have been
in business for 11 years and are financially
stable in an economic slowdown. Beware of companies
who are just “fly-by-night” or haven’t been around
that long. Remember the Hail storm a couple of
years ago?? How many of those companies are still
around? And how many stories have you heard about
consumers trying to get a hold of those guys and
their phones being disconnected or offices vacant
with no contact numbers…
4) We have a
local showroom between Lexington and
Nicholasville. It is just 2.5 miles south of
Man-O-War off 27. We have a fully staffed office
and a 2500 sq ft showroom that displays our products
we sell. While you may save a little money going
with a “mom & pop” contractor, you may gamble on
completion of your project and whether the
contractor will return for a call back.
5) We have done
more than 2500 projects in the Bluegrass
Region. Our customer referral rate is an
unparallel 85%. A complete list of referrals can be
downloaded also. Be cautious of out of town
contractors or solicitors that want to use your
house for a “Demo” for the neighborhood. While you
may get a good job, you may on the other hand never
see that 50% deposit you put down for new windows!

6) We are
licensed, insured, and bonded.
Contractors who are uninsured or unlicensed can
offer much lower prices but the liability is a lot
greater in the long run.
7) We offer
superior products whether it is windows, siding,
or doors. We are an authorized dealer with Great
Lakes Windows & Door, Polaris, United Window & Door,
Mastic, and are certified with James Hardie. Our
windows and doors exceed energy star requirements
and are eligible for tax credit up to $1500.00.
Beware of offers that are too good to be true. I
know you have heard of the “189 window guys”, Buy 1
get 2 free windows, and other bait and switch
tactics. The new energy credit will not apply to
80% of the windows made today!
8) We take care
of our call-backs… While few companies will
admit it; 3 out of 5 jobs on a national scale in the
home improvement industry have call-backs. We do
not put you on the backburner! We take care of
